OpenKM introduces a new feature that allows users to view and manage OKMFlow workflows directly from the interface. Through the new Workflow tab, users can centrally access and manage all processes.

The Assigned tasks, Started by me, and Overview sections allow users to view and manage assigned tasks, workflows initiated by the user, and an overall view of all processes, with filters by status, user, and activity.

With this enhancement, OpenKM natively integrates OKMFlow visualization, making process monitoring and control more efficient.

Merge PDF

OpenKM incorporates a new tool within the PDF Tools module that allows combining pages from different PDF documents visually and in a fully integrated manner.

This functionality enables advanced document editing tasks without leaving OpenKM: reorganizing, complementing, or enriching a PDF with content originating from another, ideal for contracts, annexes, reports, and any corporate document flow.

Export search results to CSV with metadata

Export search results to CSV with metadata

OpenKM incorporates the option to export any search result to a CSV file, including all metadata associated with each document.

With a single click on "Export to CSV," the system generates a table containing information such as document name, type, size, modification date, author, version, URL, path, and every available metadata field.
