Version 8.2.5 includes all the improvements incorporated in the 8.1.22 version, and additionally introduces the following exclusive new features:

Run Automation Actions as System User in OpenKM

Run Automation Actions as System User in OpenKM

OpenKM now allows automation actions to be executed using the System user.

With the Run as system option, specific actions can run with elevated privileges, enabling processes that require broader permissions or full system access.

This enhancement provides greater flexibility and control when configuring automation rules.

Concurrent session control in OpenKM

Concurrent session control in OpenKM

OpenKM now allows configuring the maximum number of concurrent sessions per user.

This makes it possible to limit how many active sessions a user can have at the same time. In the example, setting the limit to 1 prevents additional logins and displays an error when the maximum number of sessions is reached.

This feature enhances system security and access control.
