Don't worry, we're not evil. In OpenKM - administration menu - there's an export utility that enables you to export your entire repository structure - recreating folders and documents - to your file disk server.
Another option is to use a public Webservices API, creating a minimal application to read your entire repository sequentially and put it into your new DMS.
