The OpenKM Team offers professional support services such as priority support access by developers and other support staff involved in the OpenKM project. Response time for your issues is critical for us, and our system tracking allows fast communication with support staff and developers. Setting the issue priority level and quickly it assigning to our OpenKM Team ( issue level protocol ).
We are particulary interested in end-customer feedback; your opinion is important for us, to improve OpenKM, adapted as far as possible to real company needs.

The OpenKM - Community is totally free under GNU General Public Licence version 2.
Comercial licences are available on OpenKM - Enterprise OpenKM, Enterprise hosted, OpenKM - Enterprise cluster versions.
We do not provide support for OpenKM - Community version; the support resources can be found at Community Forum.
