Edit $TOMCAT_HOME/confg/server.xml and look for all Tomcat port properties.

Service Default port New Port
Shutdown Port 8005 8015
Tomcat Connector Port 8080 8081
AJP Connector Port 8009 8019
Redirect Port 8443 8453

To shutdown the different instances execute the shutdown.sh script from the $TOMCAT_HOME/bin.
