Since OpenKM 6.4.12 you can choose which notifications should be sent. Also you can choose if you want to recive each notification when is produced by OpenKM or its users, or recive all these notifications grouped once a day.
- In Immediate you select which events should be notified at the moment they are generated.
- In Grouped you can choose which events should be sent once a day.
