Menu options feature allow to set toolbar menu options what open popup with external url and passing as parameter uuid of the object selected ( document, mail, folder or record ).
Configuration There's a configuration property at Administration / Configuration called extended.toolbar.menu. Each row indicate an url couple of values the format is: name,url,width, heigh
