Menu bar

The menu bar is formed by all the pull down menus with their different options.

If an option within a menu has a button on the toolbar, this button will appear to the left of the option name.

If an option within a menu appears greyed-out, this option is not available.

  • Add folder.gif Create a new folder
  • Add document.gif Add new document
  • Download.gif Add new document
  • Send document link.gif Send document link
  • Purge trash.gif Empty trash
  • Exit.gif Exit application
  • Lock.gif Lock document
  • Unlock.gif Unlock document
  • Checkout.gif Document edit ( check-out )
  • Checkin.gif Upload modified document (check-in)
  • Cancel checkout.gif Cancel document edit
  • Delete.gif Move document to user’s Trash.
  • Copy.gif Copy document
  • Move document.gif Move document
