- Pop-up menu of document browser.
- Edit menu.
- Toolbar.
If you want to protect the file so that no other user can make changes to it, you can use the Lock function. This means that until it is unlocked, no other user can modify it.
When locked, a locked icon will appear to the side of the name of the selected file.
