Althought from version 2.0 it'll be implemented version comment on documents we've been thinking if it could be useful something more on this way, and we don't know the real use of notes on documents.
We've got several discussions about it ?
- Notes like a wiki, a general note for all version document, something like a open discussion on one note ?
- Other possibility is several notes ( user notes ) related to each document version ?
- Or general separated notes without version linking ?
Why notes ? possibles usages could be:
- Something what must planning to do with document ( take a note to remember on future ).
- Open discussion on a document, like a wiki.
Really we don't like the associated idea as a forum discussion, we think is not quite good for usability purposes, we'd like more easy and practical ideas.
We feel better with notes like wiki ... but not sure about it.
Other question is ¿ must be any way to send impressions to user about a document ? and if it ... must be mandatory saved on OpenKM like related information or only optional.
