Thunfors it's not correctly your money estimation. First year is licensing product price, next year is support contract only 10% of first year.

For example 1250€ first year with support and 125€ support for next year ( second and third year etc.... )

Do you think that "Professional support" website section is not clear ?

Yes, I don't think it's clear -- and would like to help in clarifying these details to the community.

We are still seeking the details on mounting the WebDAV locally or through OpenOffice. I can't find the details anywhere. Kindly advise!

As said previously, WebDAV integration is only supported in OpenKM Enterprise.
